Why He Can't Meet Her

Kathleen Parker wrote a piece regarding the Cindy Sheehan situation. I appreciate her global perspective on this issue. All eyes are on the President. Americans, Europeans, Al-Jazeera and the terrorists. Please forgive my brief analysis today. But, I trust you will find her take on this very insightful.

Her loss is unimaginable to me. My heart really goes out to her. She is lashing out in anger, and I say let her do it. The media will eat it up, but in time they will find another story to latch on to, and she will still be left with her grief.
I thank her son for his sacrifice, and I'm so grateful that there are young men and women willing to serve our nation when called upon.
Pres. Bush may at some time meet personally with her, but most likey not. I think there's nothing he can say that will ever satiate her pain.
One thing he has made clear, pulling out before we finish will mean that many died in vain. I think the majority of those serving in Iraq want us to finish what we started.

Jamie hit it right on......Every point.

Also, Bush has met with her already.

Plus, she's really gone off the deep end with the anti-Israel stuff, and vowing not to pay her taxes.

As each day goes by she is ceasing to be a grieving mother, and is becoming a manipulative loon......A Leftist with an axe to grind, who is using her child as a pawn in her grand scheme.

I hope Bush gives her a grand total of ZERO minutes of his time.......If he gives in there will be many more who follow here lead and he'll never get anything done.

I agree with Jamie and Pero. Nothing much more to say because they both said it so well.
